One hour personal training sessions can include breathing work, strength training and conditioning. You may learn various exercises for self-regulation, which have the potential to help your mental states.

ONLINE TRAINING

Online training and nutrition programs are individualized for the client and prepared monthly. Check-ins take place throughout the month and clients have unlimited text, phone, or email access to me.
