I promise to deliver my best service to each client. Clients can expect improvements in body composition, increases in strength and performance, a better mind-muscle connection and/or increases in energy. For body composition goals, clients should expect to see up to 5% of fat loss over the course of 3 months. If you don't successfully reach your goals and have adhered to the program as we've discussed, I guarantee to give you your money back.
